Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Solist collects, how we use it, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the service.

What we collect

• Account: your email and password (passwords are stored hashed by our auth provider), and optional profile/brand details (name, brokerage, phone, logo, headshot, colors).
• Listing content: the listing details, photos, and video clips you upload to generate assets.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference and your plan status — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To create and host the marketing assets you request, manage your account and subscription, provide support, and improve and secure the service. We don’t sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data with vendors only to deliver the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• JSON2Video — video rendering.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete. When you type an address, the partial text is sent to Google to produce the suggestions; nothing else on the form is sent.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Your published assets

Property websites and assets you choose to publish are public by design. Lead-form submissions on your property sites are delivered to you, the agent.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete a listing (and its assets) anytime from your dashboard, and request full account deletion by emailing us.
