Terms of Service
Last updated June 24, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Solist (“Solist,” “we,” “us”), a real-estate listing-marketing service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be a licensed real-estate professional, or otherwise authorized to market the listings you upload.
2. Your content & brand
You retain ownership of everything you upload — listing details, photos, video clips, logo, headshot, and brand. You grant Solist a limited license to process that content solely to generate and host the marketing assets you request (websites, videos, social graphics, print materials). The finished assets are yours to use.
3. Compliance is your responsibility
Solist provides marketing tools, not compliance advice or guarantees. You are solely responsible for ensuring every asset you publish or distribute complies with your brokerage’s policies and the advertising rules of your real-estate board, MLS, and jurisdiction — including required brokerage identification, disclaimers, fair-housing rules, and any approval workflows. Review each asset before you use it.
4. Acceptable use
Upload only listings you are authorized to market and content you have the rights to (your own photos/footage — no stock or third-party media you don’t have rights to). Don’t use Solist for unlawful, misleading, or infringing purposes, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan allowances (e.g. monthly video credits) reset each billing period and don’t roll over.
6. Service & availability
Solist is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We rely on third-party providers (hosting, AI generation, payments) and may change or discontinue features. We don’t warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
